4. Exceptions
Refunds will generally not be issued in the following cases:
- Where a user has substantially used the Service (e.g., processed multiple files or used premium features extensively).
- Where the Service was interrupted or unavailable due to scheduled maintenance or external network factors beyond our control.
- Where the refund request is made after more than one full billing cycle.

5. Trial Periods and Promotional Offers
If PolarPDF offers a free trial or promotional pricing, refunds will not be issued for those trial or promotional periods. You may cancel your subscription before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
